Once the grass is planted (like sugar cane), it is continuously harvested for 10 years without the need for re-planting.

BSW has developed an agronomy package for Pakchong grass, which BSW calls HTG that can deliver tropical yields of up to 150 metric tonnes bone dry per hectare per annum for energy applications. Our agronomy team has worked successfully with many plant species over the years, in a wide variety of growing environments and soil types.
